SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

 

Standard (flat rate) shipping within the US is $5, and should be expected to arrive anywhere between 2-7 business days.

Orders placed on weekend days will be shipped out the following business day.

Shipping outside of the United States will have separate additional shipping fees.

Local pick-up is available for those who want to pick-up in Mesa Arizona! Please expect your product to be ready for local pickup the FOLLOWING morning from when your order is placed online. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up.

 

All local pickup orders will be set out by the front door no earlier than  9:00am. Address will be given to you when you select the local pickup option at check out.

 

 Please pick up orders anytime between 9:00am and 5pm. They will be collected for the evening and set back out each day until you have picked up your items.

 

Please know that we are NOT responsible under any circumstance, for misplaced or stolen "local pick up" orders.

Local pick up is your choice and items will be set out for you at your own risk!

 

 If you would like to make a return or exchange, please reach out to us at support@tossedhairextensions.com prior to doing so. 

 

We will provide exchanges and returns to your order within 30 days from the date of purchasing your hair.

 

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are followed:

 Items need to be returned unopened, in the exact original packaging with everything still in place and untied, the same way as it did prior to shipment arrival. If damage or alteration is visible, the item will not be exchanged. 

Upon arrival of exchange or return, we will review and inspect that the hair is in its original condition and acceptable.  Rejected items will be sent back to you. 

After exchanging or returning your order within 30-days, we will refund your full amount and pay for shipping both ways only for unopened hair that meets our return and exchange policy requirements. Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchanged items/ refund once we have received the products you are exchanging or returning.

We will not return or exchange hand-tied wefts that unravel due to cutting the weft. We recommend to NOT ever cut the hand-tied wefts at the seam, or their strings at the ends, as it may cause shedding and unraveling to occur. 

Once hair has been Installed or opened and tampered with, we will NOT accept returns under any circumstances.
